Well-appointed rooms, everything was perfect.
Satisfied with its excellent price and absolutely perfect location. Attentive staff, made the stay really nice. Overall the service was excellent.

Everything was perfect, met required needs. It was a lovely stay at Edinburgh. Bedroom was quiet, we truly enjoyed it. The bathroom was spacious and spotless here. The owner met us and explained everything. Free Wi-Fi was available, exceptional service. Location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from Leopold Place bus station.

Quiet, spotless room with all personal touches, all the facilities, as for instance, incredible location. Nice welcome from owner. Setting adjacent to Edinburgh Castle, and the tram stop. Btw, located in the centre of town.

We've stayed there for 2 nights, everything was perfect, don't miss it. Catherine was the best owner ever. Had a bathtub. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of The Hub.
